If you need to, please spend some more time figuring out what you love and what you're good at, target groups, issues, etc. In all events it's worthwhile to go over them again.

Here's another link for the sign-up sheet where you can start organizing your team. Don't be shy. Contact people that you think have complimentary skills that will help you. Talk to people. You'll find your group.
